Randy came to us asking for help with his teeth but had a very limited budget. Under the circumstances, we were able to make some professionally fabricated temporary acrylic restoration so that he could have the final porcelain restoration at a later time.
We made Randy's temporary restorations a lighter but still a natural color and he cannot be more thrilled with his new beautiful smile.

Shoshannah is actually a very interesting case. When I saw her the first time, she still retained one of her baby teeth that had never fallen out. That baby tooth (located in the upper left side) caused her whole upper dentition and the center of her teeth to move to her right. She also had some stained old resin composite bonding as well as discolored teeth. The best treatment for Shoshannah would have been to orthodontically (braces) move back her upper dentition to their right position and then proceed to have cosmetic restorations placed on those teeth. Like many adults, she decided that braces were not an option at this point of her life and that she wanted to get the best she could without orthodontic treatment.
We decided then to do a porcelain bridge to replace the baby tooth, porcelain veneers for the front teeth and crowns for the back teeth.
Although she could have had a much better result if she did the orthodontic treatment, Shoshannah is extremely happy with her decision and is fully enjoying her new found beautiful smile that radiates the confidence she has within.
"I always thought cosmetic dentistry was for movie stars. When Dr Sadati presented me with a plan to make my smile near perfect I thought, "this is nice but, I am just a working girl".
Sometimes in life what you want and what you need converge. And that is how I came to the decision to go ahead with cosmetic dentistry. I had many teeth with deep and wide old amalgam fillings. And the once white composite on my two front teeth had long ago turned a yellow brown.
People always told me I had a beautiful smile. But the brightness people saw in my eyes was quickly was overshadowed by the presentation of my two front teeth. It was embarrassing to look at photos of myself and see the discoloration of my teeth as I smiled.
It has been four months since my dental work was completed by Dr Sadati. I have to say that Dr Sadati has a gentle touch and the chair side manner of a gentleman. He and his staff are professional and yet personal. They are reassuring and always encouraging. I was impressed by the great attention Dr Sadati gave to my case. He is a perfectionist. And, that is a good thing when your smile is in his hands.
Our son recently celebrated his Bar Mitzvah. I saw some family
photos. Was I surprised to see how beautiful my smile looked in
