My name is Dr. Sam Sadati and I pursue excellence in cosmetic dentistry in South Florida. In my West Palm Beach practice, The Sadati Center for Aesthetic Dentistry, my team and I provide individualized quality care to each and every one of our patients. Cosmetic dentistry is my passion and I have been pursuing excellence in the field since 1992. I am currently the only AACD accredited fellow in all of South Florida. Only 40 dentists in the world have ever received this prestigious honor so my work is known internationally.
I always knew that I wanted to work in a health-related field where I could also use my artistic abilities. I wanted to be able to give people something that they had been missing and help them change their lives for the better. I determined that pursuing cosmetic dentistry was a perfect way to combine all of my desires into a rewarding career. I opened The Sadati Center For Aesthetic Dentistry in in Wellington, FL in 1995 and since then, have had my dental work and several articles featured in respected dental journals including Dental Economics, The Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry (PPAD). I’m also a cosmetic dentistry expert consultant for New Beauty Magazine.
I enjoy my work because I think it is fun. Practicing cosmetic dentistry in Florida is particularly fun and I have had the pleasure of treating several Latin American singers, a Polo Player, and international ballroom dancer champions. I like to lend my expertise to fixing the smiles of the less fortunate, especially victims of domestic violence. Some of my hobbies, besides photography and travel, include tennis, volleyball, deep-sea fishing, and outdoor activities in general. I enjoy any outdoor sport that I can do in the mountains and often travel to mountainous areas for this purpose. I also love to cook and eat Persian food.
My favorite dental joke:
The Smiths were shown into the dentist’s office, where Mr. Smith made it clear he was in a big hurry.
“No fancy stuff, Doctor,” he ordered, “No gas or needles or any of that stuff. Just pull the tooth and get it over with.”
“I wish more of my patients were as stoic as you,” said the dentist admiringly. “Now, which tooth is it?”
Mr. Smith turned to his wife Sue. “Show him, honey.”I am writing this blog so my patients and peers can get to know me, my passions, and my habits outside of dentistry. Everybody gets to see Dr. Sam Sadati, the accredited dentist, but nobody gets to see me as a guy with a beautiful family who loves to travel and has a passion for photography. Sidenote:
The AACD is the largest international organization dedicated to the art and science of cosmetic dentistry. Fellowship accreditation demands meeting all the requirements of an Accredited Member and successfully presenting 50 additional clinical cases to the American Board of Cosmetic Dentistry. Only slightly more than 40 dental professionals have achieved this status. Dr. Sadati is among them, also mentoring and participating as an Examiner for those dentists who are pursuing Accreditation through AACD.
