How to Age-Proof Your Smile

It’s not difficult to get an ageless smile, but you have to be willing to go the extra mile in oral care. 1. Brush and Floss Regularly

Smoking and chewing tobacco also have a negative effect on your teeth, along with certain medications.

3. Visit the Dentist Regularly
