Full Mouth Rehabilitation: Transforming a Gummy Smile into a Radiant, Confident Smile
This young and very kind wildlife care giver who recently migrated from Tanzania came to us with a naturally beautiful facial profile, but her smile didn’t reflect that beauty due to multiple conditions. Gummy smile, a condition where too much gum shows when smiling, often making the teeth appear short or hidden. Ideally, a balanced, attractive smile reveals mostly teeth with only a minimal amount of gum tissue showing above the upper teeth.
In her case, nearly half the smile consisted of visible gum, which disrupted the proportions of her otherwise stunning features. In addition to this, she also had white spots (decalcifications) and visible enamel erosion on her front teeth that made her smile appear unhealthy and uneven, discolored with brown patches.
To correct this and create a more harmonious, confident smile, clinical crown lengthening, a precise, gentle procedure that removes excess gum and small amounts of bone to reveal the natural tooth structure was performed. This allowed her smile to become more tooth – dominant, balanced, and esthetically pleasing.
As part of her custom smile makeover, Dr. Sadati used advanced imaging and digital scans to design her new smile, allowing the patient to preview the projected results before any treatment began. We also created lab – processed provisionals using high – quality resin so she could “try on” her future smile and provide feedback along the way.
For the final result, she received a carefully planned combination of Emax veneers and all – ceramic crowns, providing both beauty and strength while preserving as much of her natural tooth structure as possible. The result? A natural, radiant smile that enhances her facial features and gives her the confidence she always deserved.

Smile Makeover: Gum Lifting and Porcelain Veneers & Crowns
This kind realtor lady came to us feeling unhappy with the look of her smile. She had older, porcelain veneers on her two front teeth that they partially de-bonded resulting in bacteria leaking under them causing discoloration and decaying her natural teeth. In addition, they didn’t blend naturally with the rest of her teeth, and the surrounding teeth were drifting slightly inward, making her smile look narrower. She had excessive gum tissue covering her teeth making her teeth look small. Her gumline was also uneven, with one front tooth appearing shorter than the other, and the edges of her front teeth were chipped and worn, giving her smile an aged appearance.
To restore balance and create a more youthful look, we performed surgical crown lengthening from tooth #5–13 to even out the gumline and improve her gum-to-tooth ratio. After healing and maturation of her gum while she had Provisionals on her teeth, we designed and placed custom veneers from tooth #5–13 and an implant crown on tooth #4. This not only enhanced the symmetry of her smile but also widened her arch, reducing the excess gum display and creating a fuller, more harmonious appearance.

Full Mouth Smile Makeover: Porcelain Veneers & Crowns
This wonderful and successful business lady came to us unhappy with the appearance and function of her smile. Her teeth were misaligned, and her upper front teeth were uneven in size and shape. The lateral incisors were small and rounded, and one of her upper central teeth was noticeably shorter than the other. In addition, her bite was not properly aligned, which affected both her comfort and her smile’s overall balance.
To achieve the best long-term results, we began with traditional orthodontic treatment to properly align her bite and position her teeth. Once her foundation was corrected, we restored her smile with combination of custom porcelain veneers, crowns and onlay on all of her teeth. The result is a balanced, natural-looking, and youthful smile that not only enhances her appearance but also improves her function.

Smile Makeover: Direct Composite Veneers
This young teacher came to us with several cosmetic concerns, including a tooth pushed outward (#10), spacing between her upper teeth (#5–12), and visible decalcification spots. These issues left her smile uneven and lacking harmony.
To create balance and beauty while keeping a conservative approach, we enhanced her smile with direct composite veneers on her upper 10 teeth. This treatment widened her arch, added length, and created symmetrical teeth with a uniform, natural shade. We even incorporated subtle translucency at the incisal edges, just like natural enamel.
The result was an amazing, confident smile that looked so natural no one could tell her teeth had been enhanced. She can now enjoy compliments with total discretion.

Smile Makeover: Direct Composite Veneers
Although we have been seeing this young lady in our office for routine dental services for years, she was not ready to proceed with the treatment that was going to give her the smile she always desired. Finally, she decided that it was time to go for it. She was missing her upper lateral incisors (#7 and #10) due to genetics.
To compensate, her canines had shifted forward, and although teeth #6, 8, and 9 were bonded in the past, the shorter length of her front teeth gave her a reverse smile.
Using advanced scanning technology and digital planning, we designed a treatment plan to reshape her smile and create the natural look of a full set of upper front teeth (#6–11). With a conservative approach, we enhanced and reshaped her existing teeth with direct composite veneers, preserving the natural teeth underneath while creating balance and symmetry.
The result was a seamless, beautiful smile. Today, no one would ever know her canines were reshaped to appear as laterals, or that she was missing teeth at all.

This positive and make you feel good gentleman came to our Wellington office missing many upper teeth and wearing an old acrylic partial denture that did not fit his mouth properly. He also had severe gum inflammation, old leaking silver (amalgam) fillings on the lower molars, microfractures, and significant wear. While his lower teeth had some restorative options, he wanted a permanent, long-term solution and chose All-on-X dental implants for both arches.
Treatment began with removing the failing teeth and infection, followed by bone grafting with PRF and alveoloplasty to prepare a solid foundation. We then placed implants on both the upper and lower jaws to support a fixed, full mouth restoration.
Today, he enjoys the stability, comfort, and confidence of a natural-looking smile with permanent fixed Zirconia implant-retained teeth in Wellington, FL.

All-on-X Implants with Full Mouth Extractions, Bone Grafting, Implants and Zirconia Bridges
This professional chef and nice gentleman came to us experiencing advanced periodontal disease (gum disease), severe bone loss, and loose teeth. Unfortunately, his natural teeth could not be saved, and he was ready for a long-term, healthy solution.
To begin, we performed a deep cleaning (scaling and root planning) on all four quadrants and removed the teeth that had active infections. This important first step lowered harmful bacteria levels and prepared his mouth for future treatment.
The next phase was a Full Mouth Restoration using All-on-X dental implants. During surgery, all remaining teeth were carefully extracted, and all infected tissue or damaged bone was removed. To create a strong foundation for implants, we completed an alveoloplasty (a smoothing of the jawbone) and placed bone grafting with PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) to encourage faster, healthier healing. This also reduces the risk of bone spurs or sore spots later on.
The patient left our office on the day of surgery with a set of non-removable, fixed Provisionals for six months while his mouth healed and the implants integrated with the jawbone. After healing, we created his final fixed zirconia implant-retained bridges, which are strong, natural-looking, and designed to last for many years.
Today, he enjoys a stable, confident smile and improved oral health with his long-lasting full mouth dental implants.

All-on-X Implants, Full Mouth Extractions, Bone Grafting & Zirconia Full Bridges
This professional gentleman came to our Wellington dental office with crowns that were over 20 years old. He had gum recession, decay under the crowns, tartar buildup, and advanced periodontal disease. His teeth were loose and could not be saved.
We began treatment with a deep cleaning (scaling and root planning) and removed infected teeth to lower bacteria and prepare for implants. He then underwent a Full Mouth Restoration with All-on-X dental implants.
During surgery, all teeth were extracted, infected tissue was removed, and bone grafting with PRF was placed after an alveoloplasty to create a healthy foundation.
He wore temporary fixed teeth while healing, and after six months received his fixed permanent zirconia implant-retained smile. Today, he enjoys strong, natural-looking teeth and improved oral health with full mouth dental implants in Wellington, FL.

All-on-X Implants, Extractions, Bone Grafting, and Zirconia Bridge on upper arch
This very outgoing, full of life and energy lady had struggled with severe periodontal disease, which left her teeth weakened, loose, and difficult to maintain. She wanted a long-term solution that would not only restore her smile but also give her the confidence to eat, speak, and laugh without worry.
To rebuild her upper arch, we placed multiple dental implants and restored them with a fixed Zirconia bridge (All-on-X). This provided a strong, stable foundation that looks and feels just like natural teeth. The Zirconia restorations are not only durable, but also beautifully designed to create a natural, radiant smile.
Now, instead of worrying about fragile teeth or gum disease, she enjoys a healthy, secure, and lasting solution — a smile that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation: Gum Lifting, Single Implant, Porcelain, Zirconia Veneers & Crowns
This young gentleman presented to Florida Center for Aesthetic Dentistry with a collapsed bite caused by years of grinding and clenching. The loss of vertical dimension had not only affected his function but also compromised the appearance of his smile.
To restore his bite and re-establish a healthy foundation, treatment needed to be completed in carefully planned phases. The process began with orthotic splints, which allowed his jaw muscles to adapt and reprogram gradually to the correct vertical position. Once stability was achieved, Dr. Sam Sadati implemented a comprehensive restorative and surgical plan.
This included extractions, bone grafting, osseous surgery, sinus lifts, and strategically placed dental implants for missing teeth. The final stage involved custom crowns that restored the patient’s bite, function, and aesthetics.
Although the process required time and patience, the patient understood the importance of each step in achieving lasting results. The outcome was a fully rehabilitated smile that not only looked natural and youthful but also provided strength, stability, function, and comfort for years to come.
