Are those Crest White Stripes not getting the job done? Or that Rembrandt Deeply White 2 Hour Whitening Kit just not getting your teeth white enough? If you’re blaming your teeth, it’s not their fault. Maybe you haven’t tried hard enough. Maybe you’re missing an incredible whitening treatment. Have you checked them all out? Because if you had you would’ve discovered the Teeth Whitening Diamond!
To be honest, it’s not a treatment option open to most. Nor do we necessarily recommend it. We will, however, tell about this seemingly ridiculous method of whitening your teeth. The patient doesn’t just suck on a diamond. It uses diamond dust. One of the most notable practices with this technique is New York Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. Here celebrity dentist Dr. Emanuel Layliev uses real diamond dust to exfoliate stains and act as a “mild abrasive” before whitening. It’s part of a paste applied with an electronic toothbrush, and if the hardest substance on earth, grinding against your teeth, can’t whiten them? Then come see us at The Sadati Center of Aesthetic Dentistry.
Diamond Exfoliation
Dr. Layliev describes the fundamentals of the diamond exfoliation as follows: ““It gently cleans the pores of the tooth enamel, allowing the bleaching process to work more effectively.” When this is completed, Dr. Layliev follows up with a Philips Zoom whitening treatment. It works by bleaching lamp, lightening teeth one to two shades. For all this bling and treatment, the visit will set you back $250. That may or may not be out of you price range, but saying you got it done would be a neat little anecdote. Plus then you could brag that, “plenty of people do it…like Hugh Jackman, Kim Cattrall, Usher and Tom Brady.” As for us, we’re sticking to the more efficient, more proven methods of whitening…but we are considering this.
